Brad Jacobs - Director
With years of experience under his belt, Brad has worked across a range of roles in the Hospitality industry. He is passionate about his brands and the franchising industry. Brad is a strategic thinker and is always looking for ways to ensure Bird On a Wire is a leader in our market.
Along with Kelly, Brad will manage all property and franchising matters, be responsible for negotiating and securing new sites allowing Bird On a Wire to grow and take things to the next level!
Well known for having the Schnitzel Sandwich as his go-to, every now and again he will keep you on your toes and throw in a gravy roll to switch it up!
Kelly Bain - Director/General Manager
Kelly has spent over 20 years dedicated to the hospitality industry developing her passion for food, people, operations and business in general. From chef, barista, national sales manager now director and general manager, you name it, Kelly has done it!
As general manager of Bird On A Wire, Kelly will drive the business to achieve operational excellence across the group and grow the brand through franchising nationally and internationally
Kelly will be a frequent face in store, so don’t be shy to say hi! Bringing a long black with a dash of fresh cream & a Bahn Mi also helps to break the ice!
Andy Lucas - Director
Andy is the ultimate host! He is a passionate foodie who has worked across a number of hospitality outlets from a young age. Always friendly and welcoming to visitors or guests in his presence as well as serving up the most delicious food and wine combos.
Andy also brings a wealth of knowledge about the hospitality industry to the table and works to lead the development and strategic planning of all marketing campaigns which includes advertising, sponsorships and National promotions.
Andy believes that Bird on a Wire embraces all the things he is passionate about in a friendly and relaxed way, and of course he cannot resist the Buttermilk Fried Chicken with a side of Japanese Slaw!
